Privacy Policy

[Yunometa Limited] (“Company,” “Yunometa”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to describe to you our practices regarding the Personal Data (as defined below) we collect, use, and share in connection with the Yunometa website, mobile app, and other software provided on or in connection with our services, as described in our Terms of Service available at [email protected] (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Services, platform, website or any of our offerings, you confirm that you understand and consent to this Privacy Policy, together with any documents that may be expressly referred to and are incorporated by reference. You will be deemed to be a “User” who is legally bound by this Policy.

A. Data Collection

“Personal Data” means data that allows someone to identify you individually, including, for example, your name, email address, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing. “Anonymous Data” means data, including aggregated and de-identified data, that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Data; Anonymous Data does not, by itself, permit the identification of individual persons. We collect Personal Data and Anonymous Data for the following purposes:

  • To ensure a smooth connection to the Services;
  • To ensure a great user experience of the Services;
  • To evaluate system security and stability; and
  • For general administrative purposes
  1. Information You Provide Us:

When you use our Service, update your account profile, or contact us, we may collect Personal Data from you, such as first and last name; account username; email address; telephone number; cryptocurrency wallet address; and other information you provide.

Our Service lets you store preferences like how your content is displayed, notification settings, and favorites. We may associate these choices with your ID, browser, or mobile device.

If you provide us with feedback or contact us, we will collect your name and contact information, as well as any other content included in the message.

We may also collect Personal Data at other points in our Service where you voluntarily provide it or where we state that Personal Data is being collected.

  2. Information Collected:

As you navigate through and interact with our Service, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

To provide our Service and make it more useful to you, we (or a third party service provider) collect information from you, including, but not limited to, your browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, mobile device ID, blockchain address, wallet type, and date/time stamps.

As is true of most websites and applications, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes IP addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (“ISP”), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamps, and clickstream data. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the Service, track users’ movements around the Service, and better tailor our Services to our users’ needs. For example, some of the information may be collected so that when you visit the Service, it will recognize you and the information can be used to personalize your experience.

Like many online services, we use cookies to collect information. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to analyze how users interact with our Service, make improvements to our product quality, and provide users with a more personalized experience.

In addition to the tracking technologies we place like cookies and pixel tags, other companies may set their own cookies or similar tools when you visit our Service. This includes third-party analytics services (“Analytics Services”) that we engage to help analyze how users use the Service. The information generated by the cookies or other technologies about your use of our Service (the “Analytics Information”) is transmitted to the Analytics Services. The Analytics Services use Analytics Information to compile reports on user activity, which we may receive on an individual or aggregate basis. We use the information we get from Analytics Services to improve our Service. The Analytics Services may also transfer information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process Analytics Information on their behalf. Each Analytics Services’ ability to use and share Analytics Information is restricted by such Analytics Services’ terms of use and privacy policy. By using our Service, you consent to the processing of data about you by Analytics Services in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

We may receive Personal and/or Anonymous Data about you from companies that offer their products and/or services for use in conjunction with our Service or whose products and/or services may be linked from our Service. For example, third-party wallet providers provide us with your blockchain address and certain other information you choose to share with those wallets providers. We may add this to the data we have already collected from or about you through our Service.

We collect data from activity that is publicly visible and/or accessible on blockchains. This may include blockchain addresses and information regarding purchases, sales, or transfers of NFTs, which may then be associated with other data you have provided to us.

B. Use of Your Personal Data

We process your Personal Data to run our business, provide the Service, personalize your experience on the Service, and improve the Service. Specifically, we use your Personal Data to:

  1. Third Party Service Providers: We may share your Personal Data with third party service providers to: provide technical infrastructure services; conduct quality assurance testing; analyze how our Service is used; prevent, detect, and respond to unauthorized activities; provide technical and customer support; and/or to provide other support to us and to the Service.
  2. Affiliates: We may share some or all of your Personal Data with any subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under our common control (“Affiliates”), in which case we will require our Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.
  3. Corporate Restructuring. We may share some or all of your Personal Data in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition, or dissolution transaction or proceeding involving sale, transfer, divestiture, or disclosure of all or a portion of our business or assets. In the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, Personal Data may also be transferred as a business asset. If another company acquires our company, business, or assets, that company will possess the Personal Data collected by us and will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy.
  4. Legal Rights. Regardless of any choices you make regarding your Personal Data (as described below), Company may disclose Personal Data if it believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary: (a) in connection with any legal investigation; (b) to comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas, warrants, or other legal process served on Company; (c) to protect or defend the rights or property of Company or users of the Service; and/or (d) to investigate or assist in preventing any violation or potential violation of the law, this Privacy Policy, or our Terms of Service.
  5. Other Disclosures. We may also disclose your Personal Data: to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it; for any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide it; or with your consent.

D. Use of the Services

In accessing and using the Services, files and other content might be uploaded or created, and other usage related data can be created, collected, and processed. The Services work best when information and content is shared. Thus, if you upload information or content to the Services, you should expect your information or content to be shared with others. We may share your information, including any files or content you provide or create in the Services, provided that those files or content, by their nature, support sharing. All the information you upload to the Services are stored on an appropriate server infrastructure for processing. Data is stored on servers located in [Singapore] until deleted. Presently, data is stored for [10 years], but this may change over time. For any files we keep, we keep them for the sole purpose of giving you and your designated third parties access to the files and data for as long as you need them. During that time, we may view that data to, for example, troubleshoot problems, or to gather anonymized user data. The legal basis of the processing is your consent.

E. Internet Cookie Policy

We use cookies on the website. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and displays on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you access the Services. Cookies do not harm your device, do not contain viruses, trojans, or other malicious software. Cookie information is stored, and may result in a connection with a specific terminal or browser being used. This does not, however, mean that we are immediately aware of your identity. The use of cookies serves to increase the usability of the Services. For example, we use session cookies to recognize that you have already visited individual pages, or that you have completed certain tasks or reached certain goals. These are automatically deleted after leaving the Services. In addition, to improve usability, we also use temporary cookies that are stored on your device for a specified period of time, typically 30 days. If you access the Services again, it will automatically recognize that you have already been with us and what inputs and settings you have made, so you do not have to re-enter them. We also use cookies to statistically record the use of the Services, and to evaluate that use for the purpose of optimizing the Services. These cookies allow us to automatically recognize that you have already been with us when you once again access the Services. These cookies are automatically deleted after a defined time. Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can configure your browser so that no cookies are stored on your computer or always provide a hint appearing before a new cookie is created. However, disabling cookies completely may mean that you cannot use all features of the Services.

Some web browsers (including Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome) incorporate a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) or similar feature that signals to websites that a User does not want to have his or her online activity and behavior tracked. If a website that responds to a particular DNT signal receives the DNT signal, the browser can block that website from collecting certain information about the browser’s user. Not all browsers offer a DNT option and DNT signals are not yet uniform. Because there is not yet an accepted standard for how to respond to browser DNT signals, we do not currently respond to them. You also can typically remove and reject cookies or local storage from the Services with your browser settings. Many browsers are set to accept cookies and local storage until you change your settings. If you remove or reject cookies or local storage, it could affect how the Services work for you. In all circumstances, we may perform the foregoing information collection practices directly or use a third-party vendor to perform these functions on our behalf. Also, if you access the website or the Services from a social networking service, we may share information with such social networking service in accordance with this Privacy Policy and to the extent permitted by your agreement with such social networking service and its privacy settings.

We may also use other technologies such as Local Storage and Pixel Tags. “Local Storage” is an industry standard technology that allows a website or application to store and retrieve data on a person’s computer, mobile phone or other device. We may use device or HTML5 Local Storage, caching or other forms of Local Storage to store your preferences, help us remember certain information about how you interact with the Services or display content through the Services based upon what you have viewed on various other websites. We may also use “pixel tags,” “web beacons,” “clear GIFs” or similar means (individually or collectively, “Pixel Tags”) in connection with the Services to collect usage, demographic and geographical location data. A Pixel Tag is an electronic image, often a single pixel, that is ordinarily not visible to you and may be associated with cookies on your hard drive or Local Storage. Pixel Tags allow us to count the number of users who have visited certain pages or parts of the Services, to deliver branded services and to help determine the effectiveness of promotional or advertising campaigns. In addition, we may from time to time work with third-party companies, including advertisers, that use cookies, Local Storage and other tracking technologies to collect non-identifying information about your activities on the website or the Services in order to help us better understand the use and operation of the website and the Services. These third parties may collect and analyze information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you access or use the Services. We do not exercise control over these third party websites or services. We encourage you to read the privacy policies or statements of the other websites and services you use. By accepting this Privacy Policy, and by accessing or using the website or the Services, you are consenting to permit the use of cookies, Local Storage and Pixel Tags by us and the third party companies with which we work.

F. Third-Party Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. When you click on a link to any other website or location, you will leave our Service and go to another site, and another entity may collect Personal Data from you. We have no control over, do not review, and cannot be responsible for these third-party websites or their content. Please be aware that the terms of this Privacy Policy do not apply to these third-party websites or their content, or to any collection of your Personal Data after you click on links to such third-party websites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of every website you visit. Any links to third-party websites or locations are for your convenience and do not signify our endorsement of such third parties or their products, content, or websites.

G. Third-Party Wallets

To use our Service, you must use a third-party wallet which allows you to engage in transactions on public blockchains. Your interactions with any third-party wallet provider are governed by the applicable terms of service and privacy policy of that third party.

H. Provision of Information

We may periodically send you newsletters and/or emails that directly promote the use of our Service or third parties’ goods and services. When you receive newsletters or promotional communications from us, you may indicate a preference to stop receiving these communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email you receive or through the notifications preferences in your settings page. Despite these preferences, we may send you occasional transactional service-related informational communications.

I. Social Media Plug-Ins

We may use social plug-ins in the Services from, for example, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to increase awareness of the Services, and for promotional purposes. We are not responsible for activity or content found on those (and any other) third-party sites. Please note that a link to a third-party website or service does not mean that we have reviewed or endorsed its privacy practices. If you visit a third-party website or service, you are subject to its privacy practices and policies, not ours. This privacy policy does not apply to any personal information that you provide to these other websites and services
